There are many ways to donate to the PKD Charity
1) By Standing Order, using the form which can be downloaded here
2) Online with your credit or debit card via the link on the right to the JustGiving secure website
3) Post a donation to The PKD Charity, PO Box 141, Bishop Auckland, County Durham DL14 6ZD. Include a Gift Aid Form to enable us to claim 28p from the Inland Revenue for every £ you donate.
4) Remember the PKD Charity in your will.
