When: Autumn 2017
Where: UK
Distance: Any

This year we’re asking you to walk with us this Autumn for the European PKD Awareness campaign ‘Give PKD the Bump’. The idea is a simple one: get friends and family together, find a good place to walk, perhaps your local park or riverside, and raise awareness by telling people about your event and wearing PKD t-shirts. You can either join one of the walks taking place around the UK or you can organise a walk of your own. There is no maximum or minimum distance.

You can even choose to walk a certain number of steps on a particular day, or why not set a target number of miles to walk throughout Autumn? Whether it’s just you and the dog, a lunchtime walk at your place of work, or a weekend walk with lots of family and friends, you’ll be helping the PKD Charity to Give PKD the Bump.

An organiser’s pack is available if you are setting up your own walk, complete with PKD t-shirt and posters. Additional t-shirts for participants can be purchased from our e-shop. To request your organiser’s pack if you are planning your own walk or a fundraising pack if you are taking part in another walk request an event pack or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
